AI Expertise and an “AI-First” Mindset as Keys to Success! November 13, 2025 Driving Change II: Module 3 Data, Mindset, and Application
On November 13, 2025, Module 3 of the “Driving Change II” series, titled “Data, Mindset, and Application—Increasing Efficiency Through Artificial Intelligence,” took place at TechBase Regensburg. The event highlighted the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence (AI) as a key driver of corporate innovation and efficiency gains.
Following an introductory section on different categories of AI, the key success factors were addressed across the dimensions of user definition, technology, organization, and skills. The focus was on ensuring data quality and availability. Led by speaker Dr. Philipp Ramin, there was an in-depth discussion on how crucial expertise is for the successful application of AI. In interactive workshop groups, participants developed practical use cases for machine learning and generative AI and deepened their knowledge of “advanced prompting.”
The workshop’s conclusion: AI success is a matter of expertise and mindset! The workshop made it clear that the successful integration of AI goes far beyond the technology itself. It requires strategic embedding, supported by an “AI-first mindset” among all stakeholders. The discussions showed that developing specific AI application skills—from “advanced prompting” to an understanding of data quality—is the key to actually achieving efficiency gains and innovation.
Finally, we would like to thank the module’s presenter, Dr. Philipp Ramin (i40 – the future skills company), for his in-depth expert input and the practical approach he took in leading the workshop. At the end of the event, he also provided a brief introduction to the final module of the series in 2025, Module 4, “Innovation Strategies,” scheduled for December 3, 2025.
